| Bollywood movie Highway 2014 disapointments ,Few words to Imtiaj |
well .... audio release and all kept many viewers passionately awaited ,talking about latest Hindi movie Highway to me is an example of another oh no of bollywood's new trend . When it comes with the name of talented writer ,director Imtiaj Ali , expectation will be higher .This is no wonder when you add maestro Mozart of Madras Mr. A R Rehman as music director of that very movie ,many of us just watch it ,by any means . This time the movie comes with disappointments .Far beyond from a leading movie .Oh no !!
Allow me to write some critic down . No 1 .why those beutiful tracks from A R are not utilized with appropiacy ? It seemed songs are all not part of this movie .
2 . Inspite of a good script why it fails to catch attentions and no thrill to get through till the end ? Was imtiaj bussy somewhere else ?
3.Casting is worst except Randeep and Alia .
4.Location : eternal highway with unnatural looking landscapes
5.Acting : as a leading and central role Alia could do far more better . She just could manage to keep the innocent looking with the wish to explore the bigger world type of image Randeep naturally good as always ,like his other movie characters .rough and tough image.
6.Insight : Well ... domestic Violence of such kind is very important to expose in mass media like Movies but we should not forget not harming the fictional environment .Silent expressions could be more elaborated .
if it is that Imtiaj is getting satisfied with the budgets and movies he is getting these days ,then its differant.We always expect more perfections in his movies .
What so ever, we always expect cause we believe todays Hindi movie creators are capable to give us good movies .Music from A R Rehman is simply great ,it should be in the list of his best works and get nomination in best music category this year`s Award festivals .
